Come in, relax, and dine with our plants.
Take a stroll through our nursery and you’ll reach the Chef’s Garden Cafe. Our cafe opened its doors to the public at the end of 2005 and was forced to close in June 2020. We took the opportunity during the forced Covid lockdowns and wet year to make various improvements to the nursery, cafe and garden.
After two years of closure, we are delighted to see the cafe reopen and run by chef Lorrae and her team to be known as ‘The Chef’s Garden Cafe’. We look forward to continuing to provide our customers with a unique dining experience. The cafe is located within our nursery and features an alfresco dining area serving up contemporary sustainable cuisine.
The expansive deck area can seat up to one hundred people and is surrounded by dense lush tropical gardens featuring many rare and unusual exotic foliage plants. This ambiance coupled with exceptional coffee and excellent food combine to create an utterly unique and memorable dining experience.
